No. This is because pressing the Mega Evolution button is a conscious action, and so the game assumes there is no need to cancel the Mega Evolution, as you have chosen to do so. Evlution can be stopped by pressing B because it happens under certain conditions and is not voluntary like Mega Evolution, and so they give you an option to cancel regular Evolution.
