Since Zygarde has no recovery, if it was at 10% in its 10% form, and you wish passed to it, would it go to its 50% form or stay in its 10% form? Same thing with 50%.
But for real, I thought the formes had nothing to do with health per se.
They're probably different formes altogether that don't switch with HP.
