What would be the easiest way to get the PGL "Pikachu Cup" Pikachu event without cheating?

Well I kinda missed out on the event at Pokemon Global Link since my 3ds was broken. :/
And I was wondering if there was an easy way to get the Pikachu Cup serial code,now that the cup itself has ended.

It has a special move, Endeavor. That's all I know about it

Well I guess the only way to get it now is trading sadly. but who knows maybe they might give it out again via nintendo network.
