Whats a good move evs for a ursaring?

I have been breeding my Ursaring for ivs and I finally got a 100% iv ursaring and I was look for a good bulky Ursaring but good deal good amount of damage. Also what moves and item should I give to it I can use tm's thats why I am asking and what nature because I am looking to change the nature for this and also what ability because I can change that

item, flame orb

ability guts

moves:

hammer arm (lowers speed, 100 damage)

payback (50 damage, 100 if you want second and took damage, deals with ghost)

return (stab, 102 power if max happiness)

last resort/ move tuter move/ status move, or what ever
