For what?
Include more information please. Otherwise this becomes an opinion question, which serves no purpose and can start arguments.

And Crustle can outswag Scolipede any day of the week.
B-but Scolipede is obviously the boss… what is Crustle anyway?
Crustle is the one with the Rock STAB to obliterate Scolipede.
Scolipede has swag on it's side. STAB is meaningless against swag, and Scolipede exudes such a swaggy aura that it exterminates any bug living under a rock.
But no amount of swag can compete with Crustle's muscles.
Yeah, but neither of them learn Swagger.
Galvantula does. Therfore, Galvantula > Crustle > Scolipede.

(You see what I mean? Opinion questions spark debates.)
Scolipede is the king of the bugs with a base speed of 112 it out-speeds most opponents, along with an attack stat of 100 it will 2HKO most opponents as well. overall this Pokemon is the beast of the bugs and even has the learn-able move aqua tail to take out crustle so overall, scolipede is better than crustle by a longshot.
I'm sure this is all Crustle's fault. Don't ask why xD
Ask the Swagger master, Klefki who wins.
Qwerty is also right. Remember Swarm, the Bug version of 'the elemental type boosting aura' like Torrent, Overgrow and Blaze?
Crustle is so extremey swaggy that it cannot be OHKOd because of Sturdy Swag. So it beats Scolipede one-on-one.
My litte pet Greninja uses Water Shuriken and kicks Crustle's butt harder than 167 Explosions with STAB boost.
Of course I am not right, lol. I didn'think it was so hard to figure out I was joking…

The Pokemon depends on your team.

Scolipede is a great sweeper with great attack and speed, good for Mega Horning, Poison Jabbing and Double-Edging the other team, also being the world's second best speed Baton Passer.

Crustle is a physically defensive wall, with nice attack for using the most powerful Rock move in the world, 150 BP Rock Wrecker (A huge 225 BP with STAB included).

Use Scolipede if:

  • You have 0-1 Physical sweepers. (Also applies for Crustle)
  • You have 0-3 Physical/Special sweepers.
  • You need quite a strong Grass coverage.
  • You want to slap Fairies out your path.

Use Crustle if:

  • You have 0-2 Bulky walls.
  • You have no physical walls.
  • You want to have Ice, Flying, Bug or Fire coverage.
  • You don't find 'risking losing a turn' risky/You use Slaking a lot.

Also, if you are asking just to find out if you want to use a mono-Rock/Poison team with a Bug, I advise using Crustle as Rock Pokemon have lots of coverages and resistances (despite being scared of water) and are immensly powerful.

If you want some sets for the two, here are some nice sets.
