Please give me a walk through how to get a Prankster Sableye, the easy way would be most preferable.

And can you use rock smash to find hordes in Pokémon X and Y?

Your two questions aren't quite related, so you should be asking them seperately. Try to avoid that as far as possible

Prankster Sableye is pretty easy to get, all you need is a Friend Safari with Sableye in it, or a friend that has a spare. I would recommend getting one from your friend that might have one because some people can't get it since they probably have different safaris.

And nope, you can't use rock smash to find hordes, only sweet scent can summon hordes.
