Which moves will be better for Audino competitively?

Here is the multis/doubles set I'm planning, but I'm not sure about a few moves:

Audino @Audinite
Regenerator -> Healer
252 Def/252 Sp. Def/4 HP
Bold Nature
-Toxic/Thunder Wave/Helping Hand
-Draining Kiss/Wish/Dazzling Gleam
-Heal Pulse
-Heal Bell

Toxic/Thunder Wave: Which is the better status move? Is Helping Hand better?
Draining Kiss/Wish/Dazzling Gleam: Recovery, STAB or both? I don't want to be completely powerless when taunted, yet I want recovery. Draining Kiss is weak and doesn't recover much because of its weakness.

What should be the moves I use? Preferably the ones I've shown but if there is a better one please suggest, I'd prefer if it's as close as possible to this one here.

Question A: Thunder Wave or Toxic?

Thunder Wave is almost always the superior move in Doubles, seeing as the matches are considerably shorter than Singles and Toxic rarely has enough time to actually do something significant.

Question B: Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, or Wish?

Since you have no other attacking moves, I would suggest Dazzling Gleam to prevent you from being Taunt bait and to get some nice chip damage off.
