• Ampharos reaches 229 Speed at Level 100, with max IVs, EVs, and a positive nature.

• Mega Ampharos reaches 207 Speed at Level 100 with max IVs, EVs, and a positive nature.

Going on the pretense that +6 in a stat is effetively quadrupling it, if I remember correctly.

• Ampharos at +6 Speed:
- 229 x 4 = 916
- 229 + 916 = 1145
- Therefore Ampharos' max speed is 1145.

• Ampharos at +6 Speed with a Choice Scarf:
- 229 x 1.5 = 343.5
- 343.5 + 916 = 1259.5
- Therfore the highest possible speed for Ampharos is 1259.5.

• Mega Ampharos at +6 Speed:
- 207 x 4 = 828
- 828 + 207 = 1035
- Therefore M-Ampharos' max Speed is 1035.
