Can you breed ditto in black???

I've tried breeding my Seperior with a ditto but it just says "these 2 don't seem to get along"

Ditto's egg group is DITTO...
"Unsurprisingly, this egg group contains Ditto! Technically this is a real egg group but it's more of a meta-group. Ditto can breed with all pokemon besides itself and the No Eggs group."

So , as you can see it can breed with Serperior but its not yet compatible so it shall take a while .

You can breed Ditto with everything, anytime!
In your case, it'll just take time for them to breed, that's all.
