Hoopa With Leftovers Or Choice Scarf?

I'm getting Hoopa with a hack soon and I want to know what item to give it.

Are you going for a Special Attacker set? Or a Mixed Attacker (or even a Physical Attacker)?

Choiced Scarf Hoopa is a MUST in my opinion. Incredible attacking stats on both Attack and Special Attack but not enough Speed to back them up, hopefully it can fare well with Sticky Scarf (Choice Scarf and/or Sticky Webs) and I'm pretty sure it's defenses are crap for making use of leftovers. It's like asking should we put a choice scarf or leftovers on a shuckle... except the other way around.

Now, I'm not SURE but that's firmly what I believe

I would run choice scarf, plus it is way too frail to have leftovers
