How to catch a Frillish in Alpha Sapphire?

I know you can get them in a lot of routes, but through my searching and looking up how to, I can't seem to find one at all. I really want it for my team.

Post game on different routes

Using the dexnav, it will occasionally pop up here or there in the water. But you can't do it immediately until it appears naturally and you sneak up on it which then allows it to be registered in the dexnav. Another alternative is to get one from trade and breed it.

I just caught a Frillish on Route 129 to Route 130. (They are right next to each other, and are sea, not land routes.) You have to use your DexNav to find it, so you have to wait, and that is the only way I know how to find it. (But it is really worth it!) Hope this helps you throughout your journey!
