Iron Tail or Aqua Tail for Scolipede?

Question

I'm training my Scolipede, and I can't decide which move to put on it to counter rock types. Here are each move's pros and cons as well as its other moves

Rock Slide, Megahorn, Poison Jab
Ability-Swarm
Item-Wide Lens

Iron Tail-
power-100
accuracy-75
counters rock and ice types

Aqua Tail-
power-90
accuracy-90
counters rock, fire, and ground types

Aqua Tail
It covers alot of your weaknesses and is much more reliable while only being slightly less powerful.
