Is there any Pokemon that doesn't have a shiny form?

Question

I've seen a shiny Charmander and evolutions, I've seen Caterpie and evolutions. I've seen tons of shiny Pokemon, and just out of curiosity, is there a Pokemon that you are unable to find a shiny form of?

By hacking you can have any mon shiny even the ones listed above.
Every Pokemon has a shiny form it determines on if it is shiny locked

Maybe you can add that all Pokémon have a shiny form, but those that are shiny locked cannot be found shiny by normal gameplay and only by hacking.
