Most reliable freezing move?

Question

what's the most reliable freezing move anything 30% or more would help. most do 10% anything more reliable or guarenteed or there isnt any because of it's effect?

Secret Power

When used in Snow or Ice it has a 30% Chance of freezing

Maybe you can add that in Link Battles, Secret Power causes paralysis instead.

They're all a 10% chance, but I'd say the best is Ice Beam. A move with high Base Power and good coverage is never a bad thing. One of the reasons why no one uses Freeze is because there's no 100% infliction rate move.

I love Ice beam! Either that or Blizzard. Both are good freeze moves.
