You say that you want both the Defence and Sp. Defence EVs to be the same. That is usually a bad setup for a wall. If you were to go 252 Def / 252 SpD / 4 HP, you lose the benefit of the bulk given by HP EVs. If you opt for 252 Hp / 128 Def / 128 SpD, you still lose the ability to tank hits as well as you should because now you can't absorb shots on either side. I would suggest a different spread entirely.
Jirachi EV spread, specifically designed to survive Choice Scarf Adamant Landorus-T Earthquake.
252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpD | Impish Nature
252+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 40+ Def Jirachi: 338-402 (83.6 - 99.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
A wall/tank should be EVed to survive one or two attacks on one side of the spectrum, and then invest the rest in the other side. For example, this set is for a Specially-inclined Jirachi, but it retains enough bulk to survive one or two physical attacks as well.
