Where is a good place to evolve sliggoo into Goodra in ORAS?

I can't seem to find any raining areas please help

You cannot find a rainy area? lol Are you kidding me?
Okay Here is an area where I find myself most of the time its always raining lol
It rains in Route 119 (In some part)
and Route 120 (after you cross the first bridge the same bridge where you battle the Kecleon)
