Unfortunately, PowerSaves has no way to put moves onto a Pokemon, bar using the "All TM/HM" code and using TMs. However, another, completely free version of generating Pokemon (PkHex) can edit moves, I'll link this video that explains how to do it.
I have a PowerSaves of my own, and I've got to say that this method has been a lifesaver for me.
EDIT: This video guide shows you how to generate 100% legal Pokemon, so that they can pass through the hack checks of X/Y/ORAS online.
