How to teach Simisage Seed Bomb?

Hey, I'm here because I bought a new game, Pokemon Black. hooray... and I choose Tepig for starter. now the problem is, I get a Pansage, and stupidly, I evolve it in lv21 before it learn Seed Bomb! now, I have Vine Weep FOREVER!!! does anyone know how to teach Simisage Seed Bomb?

Get a heart scale and give it to the woman in the building beside the pokemon center in milstraiton city...or however you spell it the city after driftveil. :)
