What is the chance of the Pokemon attacking from para flinch with serene grace?

If you combine Air Slash and Serene Grace, you have a 60% chance of flinching your opponent. If you combine that with Thunder Wave, your opponent will have a meager 25% chance of attacking. If you added in Attract and Confusion, the chance of the opponent attacking is a very small 5%!
