After playing ORAS, I restarted my emerald games, but want to have a competitive team by the end of the game. How would I train, say, a torchic in attack and speed in the early game? places to train for all the other EVS would be nice too
Atk Poochyena - fairly common around the begining routes
Def Geodude- another common poke found in any moutain area
Spatk Spinda- very common on route 113
Spdef Tentacool/Tentacruel- there anywhere theres water practically
Speed Zubat- its zubat, there everywhere
Hp Whismur- 100% encounter rate in rusturf tunnel
