I have a legit arceus but it has unusual moves, are these event moves?

So my arceus has judgement (normal) and light screen (normal)
But it also has roar of time and special rend. I find this unusual, are these event arceus moves?
I know it is legit because it is in a cherish ball and I used it in a wi-fi battle and I tested it with my friend if it can trade and it can!

Yes, those are event moves. That is the European Michina Arceus that could be transfered to HeartGold or SoulSilver to activate a special event that allowed you to pick a Level 1 Giratina, Dialga or Palkia. That Arceus came with Judgement, Shadow Force, Roar of Time and Spacial Rend.
