Are all Chimchars with the hidden ability in a dream ball?

I was wondering if all legit HA Chimchars will be in a dream ball,
Or can they be in different balls as a result of breeding?

No

HA legit Chimchars can only be inside a Normal Pokeball or a Dream Ball.

If a HA Chimchar was to be obtained it would be caught in a Dream Ball.
If that Chimchar was to be bred in BW or BW2 the offspring would inherit a normal PokeBall as inly from Gen 6 could you breed Pokeballs. If the Chimchar was transferred to XY and the HA Chimchad was Female the dream ball would be passed down to her offsprings.
