Are their any significant attributes between level matches such as 50 v 50 or 100 v 100?

Question

I know that in little cup you need a lot of EVs to raise a stat. I'm asking about if the 8 EVs required to raise a stat have any significance in a 50 v 50 competive.

For example, how many EVs would a level 50 metagross require to 0HKO a level 50 Tyranitar with hammer arm if tyranitar has 0 Defense EVs and metagross uses hammer arm?

Here is the calcs for a Lv. 50 Metagross' Hammer Arm versus a Lv. 100 Tyranitar:

As the calculations show, the damage difference between two identical Pokémon levels 50 and 100 is virtually nil. There is a 5% difference between two nearly identical layouts. This leads us to conclude that the damage output at Lv. 50 is simply the same as the damage output at Lv. 100. The reason Little Cup Pokémon need so many EVs is because they are Lv. 5, meaning that they can take advantage of complicated spreads better than their higher-tier counterparts.
