In concept, yes.
Mega Scizor's attack is unbelievably high, so Aerial Ace would work wonders only on fighting type Pokemon yes, it does cover bug and grass types, but those are easily OHKO'd with a swords dance/bullet punch technician scizor.
But it depends on what set you were running, a baton pass scizor, no. Maybe if you had nothing to cover bulky fighting types, it might be viable.
Conclusion:
M-Scizor- probably not advisable
Scizor(Technician) - depends on moveset
