What triggers the Angle Changes in XY/ORAS ?

Question

So occasionally the Pokemon Center angle changes in XY. (It hasn't changed for me in AS though)
What triggers this ?
Is it purely by chance or how many times you heal, or is it something we'll never know ?

Also do the camera angles shift slighty in ORAS ?

ORAS also has the camera angle change.  I saw it myself.

It's either random, or depends on the time of day. I've noticed in the morning, it's a specific angle everyday, though I forget which one. Then in the afternoon, it's regular, and in the evening, it's a different angle. Although that might just be my terrible luck.
