I was thinking Icy Wind for Doubles and maybe Nasty Plot (if not AV), in case I have bad luck with Charge Beam. Possibly Teeter Dance or maybe a coverage move.

Icy Wind or Hidden Power Fire. The speed drop is useful, and technician HP fire gives you a nice spammable base 90 power coverage move.
