Would competitive work now?

Doubles. Milo with charm and competitive whilist it's partner is magic bounce espion. Milo uses charm on espion and magic bounce reflects it. Would competitive activate like this?

2. No it wont work because a Foe didnt lower its stats, a allies ability did.
