This thing wrecks me.
My team:
Milotic (offensive special tank)
Bisharp (LO speedy physical)
Salamence (physcial mega)
Jolteon (timid specs)
Noivern (Tailwind support)
Everything is useful. So what should I add as a reliable counter/check? I am aware of how much my team sucks so don't remind me.

You don't look like you have a mega so why dont you use mega venusaur. It pretty much can't get hurt by rotom at all, maybe a burn but it can easily shrug it off
Lol read it all closely
Doubles, right?

So I hear you're having trouble with rogue washing machines.

Well we here at WashCounters have the right Pokémon for you! Choose from our wide selection of Grass-types and speedy and/or bulky Mold Breakers! We guarantee customer satisfaction by finding at least one compatible Pokémon, or you money back! (But not your time. We keep that.) Services available absolutely free!

image@ Choice Band/Lum Berry
Ability: Teravolt
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk, 232 Spe, 24 HP
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fusion Bolt
- Rock Slide
For those of you with deep pockets, we have a wonderful counter al wrapped up in a handy little bundle: Kyurem-Black. Kyurem-B comes with a wide array of attacks for uses outside of Rotoms, but it's most useful attack in this situation is Earthquake, complete with Teravolt to bypass Levitate and backed up by 170 base Attack! Kyurem-B takes diddly-squat from Hydro Pump and any Electric STAB Rotom-W has, and only needs to worry about three things: Hidden Power Ice, Will-o-Wisp and being Tricked Choice Specs. Do not fear if you're given a Choice Scarf; the extra speed is only more helpful for Rotom-killing. Scout for HP Ice first, then go in for the KO. Burns are a problem, but you should be outspeeding most non-Scarf variants, who rarely carry WoW, the vast majority of the time. Bring a Lum Berry if you wish to play it safe.

For those who can't quite afford a Kyurem-B of their own, we suggest any of these bulky Grass-types.

image@ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator (Effect Spore if inaccessible)
EVs: 252 HP, 160 Def, 96 SDef
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Foul Play
- Sludge Bomb

For the player who favours status infliction, we have Amoongus. The strategy is simple: Shrug off any Hydro Pumps or Thunderbolts (watch out for HP Fire and HP Ice), and Spore. This will a) render Rotom useless for most of the match, b) force it to switch (which, if predicted, can lead to you Sporing the switch-in) and c) leave it vulnerable to your Giga Drain if it fails to switch. Try your hardest to get Regenerator, but Effect Spore is a decent Ability if you have no access to Regenerator.

image@ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 SDef, 252 HP, 4 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip/Seed Bomb

Ferrothorn is a useful choice because he can serve purposes outside of countering Rotom-W. He can serve as you SR lead and provide healing with Leech Seed. Ferro can easily switch into either of Rotom's STABs as well as HP Ice, laughing a big hearty laugh at the minuscule damage he's taking. Then go to town with you choice of Power Whip or Seed Bomb, depending on whether you like power or accuracy. A warning, however, when using this model: make sure it does not have HP Fire. This is why you have Protect. If it does have HP Fire, switch into something that can tank the next hit. It is advised to keep a secondary Rotom-W counter close by.

image@ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 Def
- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake/HP Fire

Basically, Tangrowth works by tanking a couple of hits from Rotom and KOing with two Giga Drains. While not the most sound strategy, many of our customers find this a suitable secondary counter for Rotom-W. Remember that most players will run away from Grass attacks, so it is best to save this for the late game. Knock Off can also deal huge damage and severely dent variants not specializing in Defence.

Other products include Choice Scarf Excadrill, Mega Gyarados, and Chlorophyll Venusaur. Please inquire separately about these, as they have specific teammate requirements. We hope you enjoyed your shopping experience at WashCounters.

In doubles, my team has almost no support. They go all out offense (yes I am aware that isn't good but that's how I play). So any other suggestions more accessible ingame?
1 - To catch Kyurem, you need to have Reshiram and Zekrom on your party. Your OR/AS game comes with one, and you can negotioate the other. I have Reshiram.

2 - Foongus/Amoongus isn't available in-game, but try snooping around the GTS.

3 - Same goes for Ferroseed/Ferrothorn. I have a few Impish Stealth Rock Ferroseeds I could spare.

4 - Regenerator Tangela/Tangrowth can be chained in two Mirage Spots. I found one just yesterday at chain 20.

In case you can't tell, I'm more than willing to trade (loan, in Reshiram's case) you a Poké or two, if you need it. Just post to my wall.

Cacturne can do the job

Cacturne @Leftovers/Sitrus berry
Ability: water absorb
Modest
252HP/252Spa/4SpDef
Leech seed
Giga drain
Nasty plot
energy ball/dark pulse/spiky shield

Water absorb gives Cacturne full immunity to one of rotoms main STABs (hydro pump) whilst resisting its other STAB. Then finally dishing out attacks which hit rotoms weak spot and restoring its health from the minimal damage rotom can deal.
