Does Quick Claw affects the power of moves like Gyro Ball?

If I have a quick claw, and it allowed you to go first, will the power of moves like Gyro Ball be affected?

No, because the Quick Claw does not change the actual Speed stat. Gyro Ball calculates damage with the Speed stat, so the Quick Claw does not change Gyro Ball's power as the Quick Claw has a different effect.

All the Quick Claw does is potentially allow you to move first in your priority bracket. This does not change the Speed stat, so it doesn't affect Gyro Ball.
