What I am wondering is if Any of these abilities work against each other, and if they negate each other.... Since a Hoenn legendary battle would be nothing without the new primal reversions and mega evolutions.

Whichever Pokemon that is slower will win. Unless its on a switch in.

Ex. if Mega Rayquaza is in and Groudon switches in and primal reverts,
the weather will go from strong winds to Harshly sunny.
Ex. If Rayquaza mega evolves at the same time groudon primal reverts,
then It will start as Strong winds but will change immeadiatley into Harshly sunny.(implying rayquaza is faster then groudon)

strong wings overcomes everything.
@hilbert lucario Nope.
"Delta Stream does not prevent Primordial Sea and Desolate Land. It is merely another form of Primal Weather. With that being said, normal Rayquaza's Airlock does stop the effects of Primordial Sea and Desolate Land (though their animations still play)."
