Will the Weakness Policy trigger on a Flying type Pokemon while Delta Stream is active?

For example, if Rayquaza Mega Evolves and is hit by Stone Edge, is it still considered a super-effective move or not?

Probably not. If it's not counted as super effective due to Delta Stream, it should not activate the Weakness Policy

No, it doesn't. Because of Delta Stream, it isn't considered a super effective blow, and hence Weakness Policy doesn't activate.
