Can Baton Pass pass the Speed Boost increase?

I want to make a Baton Pass Blaziken set and I need suggestions.

Speed Boost increases your Speed Stat by 1 stage at the end of each consecutive turn in battle, this can be passed onto another Pokémon in the party using Baton Pass. However it will not work if you switch out without using Baton Pass and you will lose all Stat boosts you had previously acquired.

Baton Pass will passing along any stat changes, in this case Speed with Speed Boost.
It's a very common strategy used by Ninjask, Scolipede and Blaziken along with a Swords Dance and Speed Boost stats changes.
