I heard off a friend there was one, is he right?
c'mon mega glalie, gallade and gardevoir but no froslass? bit sexist isn't it?

No, and Game Freak is unlikely to release one as the ORAS release is within the month. Sorry.

Gardevoir was in XY, then Glalie and Gallade are getting megas in ORAS. Most likely next game or next remake we get mega Froslass
