Well, it depends. If it's a Stall Sableye, then no. If it's Keen Eye or Prankster, then yes. Stall is not that good, since you go last each turn, but for the other abilities, then you're good. Sableye has decent physical bulk, so that's covered. I've used Sableye on an ingame team before, and it is really good. It is useful against the fighting gym, because of its ghost typing.
