How do you get Heart Sweets in Black and White?

Question

There is a lady at the town with the Flying Gym who says she's trade you good items for Heart Sweets. Anyone know how you obtain them?

You have to do the Compatibility Check with another player. I'm not sure if you can do that on a ROM version of the game. for a compatibility of 00-60 you get 1, for 61-80 you get 2.
