If you have full EVs in a stat at a low level and level up does that stat get a bigger increase?

Ok, so I was EV training a Pokemon in super training. I noticed that the stats I started with were different by about 7 when I finished. So what I'm asking is will that stat I EV trained increase more than the other stats when I level up because I EV trained that Pokemon at a low level and didn't get the full increase right away.

Yes.

I do it all the time, I EV train level 1 Pokemon and the effects of EV training start to show more as they level up.

I thought so, but I wasn't sure I didn't want to EV train a pokemon and realise that I just wasted the EVs and have to do it all again
