Can the breeding steps be cut into 1/4 the steps?

Question

For example, bagon's growth rate is takes 10,455-10,709 (source) I know that if you use a Pokemon with flame body or magma armor it cuts the time in half, but what jf I have one of each or two of one? Will it be cut down to 1/4 the amount of steps? Also how does the egg charm affect this? Could it could be cut down to 1/4 that way or even 1/8? Thanks!

If you have 2 Pokemon with Flame Body/Magma Armour then the effects will not stack. It will always be half the steps. If you use a FB/MA Pokemon and use the level 3 egg hatching O - power then the steps will be cut to a quarter.
