It's worth giving Zap Cannon a try.

- Lock On
- Zap Cannon

Zap Cannon is a terrible move because of it's low accuracy, so unless the Pokémon who can learn it can also learn Lock-On it's not a good user.

Honestly zap cannon isn't a very good reliable move. Also if you are gonna use it I wouldn't use lock-on, they just switch out and then it still has a 50% chance to hit. BUT, here are some of the Pokemon.
