Should I start over in Black 2?

Gosh it's been a while.

Anyway, I foolishly transferred all of my Pokemon in Black 2 to Pokebank. Is it worth starting over because of this?

You can start all over your Black 2.
You may want to get some shiny legendaries or some legendaries with perfect IVs.
You can't do much because you have XY.
