How to properly say Gardevoir?

Question

Is it the way Americans say reservoir (voir) or the way the French say devoir, duty, (vwa). Please answer quickly. Thanks

Gar - day - vwar

Gar as in how you say Gar chomp
Day as in how you say the day of a week.
Vwar as in how you say rese voir.

I personally say it "Gar-Deh-Vwar", and I know there is a handbook that has all the correct pronunciations in it.
Gar as in car,
deh as in... I can't think of an example,
and vwar as in war.
I haven't actually checked the handbook, because my friend had it and she lost it.

I have a friend who says it like Gar-duh-vwire. I don't think that's how you say it though.
I say it like Gar-de-vwor.
