Accelerock, Head Smash, Mighty Cleave, Rollout, Stone Axe

The following Ground moves make contact:

/nms physical, contact, ground:
Dig, Drill Run, Headlong Rush, High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum

There have been a few more added recently.
High Horsepower- 95 BP and Accuracy
Stomping Tantrum- 75 BP, 100 Accuracy, doubles in power if the user's last move failed
Accelerock- 40 BP, 100 Accuracy, has priority
