Can you get a Manetric in Pokemon Black/Black 2?

Also, can you get a Swellow or any of the birds?

You can't get Manectric in Black 2/ White 2.

Unless you transfer one from DPPt.

About "Swellow or the other birds":

Pidgey - Transfer one from DPPt or catch one in White Forest in White and transfer to Black 2/White 2

Spearow - Transfer from DPPt or catch a Fearow in route 15 in Black/White and trade to Black2/White 2.

Hoothoot - Noctowl in the Nature Sanctuary

Taillow - Transfer from DPPt or catch a Swellow in Route 3 / Giant Chasm in Black/White and trade to Black 2/White 2.

Starly - Transfer from DPPt or catch a Starly in White Forest in White and transfer to Black 2/White 2

It's already found in-game, you could also transfer it from DPPt, but there's no point.
