Where can I find a Smooth Rock in Pokemon X and Y?

I need it for my sandstorm team. Help will be very appreciated.

The Smooth Rock is located on Route 13, just head east grind the rail and keep going and you should find it.

There is a also a second Smooth Rock that can be obtained in Pokémon X and Y at Victory Road. It is located in the second cave, in the wall north of Black Belt Ander and the Carbos, just north of a stalagmite (hidden).
