How does personality of the pokemon affect IVs?

Question

I got a turtwig that is adamant and proud of its power, both the personality and the nature are focusing on attack.

will the personality affect the stats or will it effect the IV's? and is there a good personality or bad personality?

like there's "likes to run" which on this site its the top of all speed personality

and then there is "quick to flee" which is at the bottom is that randomly like that or its organised like this ?

The personality depends on what is the pokemon'a best IVs

and what personality you get is totally random.

ps. you can check how high is the IV by talking to the judge in battle frontier
