Razor Fang or king's rock?

Is there a difference in the flinch rate? I am using a serene grace togekiss, using air slash if that matters! Thanks!

King's Rock

Holder's attacks without a chance to flinch gain a 10% chance to flinch.

They are the same . however they wont affect Air Slash because it already has a flinch rate.

actually, it will have an effect, it would just be a 10% chance to flinch if it it didn't flinch already from air slash

No. They have the same finch rate, and same effect. However, it will not affect Air Slash, since it already has it's own flinch chance
