Is there any way to raise the PP of 5 PP moves above 8 PP?

I am looking to see if I can use the leppa berries fullest potential.

Nope, that is not possible. PP Up items stop working after their third use (in a PP Max's case only once), which means that you cannot go any higher than 8 PP on a move that has 5 PP. Sorry.
