Yes, there is one called Quiver Dance that raises Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed! It can only be learned by a few Pokemon, but that does include the awesome Volcarona.

Aside from that, no. You'll have to make do with Agility (sharply raises Speed) and/or Nasty Plot (sharply raises Sp.Atk). Or maybe Calm Mind like J98 said.
