Does anger point maximize a Pokemons attack no matter what?

Like if I have a Tauros with anger point, it's attack has been lowered to -6, then anger point activates, does the attack stat get risen to +0 or +6?

Yes

>Anger Point maximizes the Attack stat of Pokémon with this Ability when they are hit by a critical hit.

It would say raises by 6 stages or something like that, if it only went from -6 to 0.
It always maximises the attack regardless (+6)
