How can I count the ev's I collected in soul silver?

Simple answer there's no way to count your ev's. The best way to make a mental tally is to have a really great pokemon who can OHKO the poke that your ev training on and count the amount of PP they've lost.

PP as in each move...
Flamethrower comes with 15 PP, so you can only use that move 15 times, every time you use Flamethrower to kill whatever it is that you're killing for EV training, that will count as one PP, or kill.
