Attack ev question?

Question

I trained my sceptiles attack on seakings and it raised by 5 each level but this time it raised two why?

The evs are maxed out. You can't raise its attack anymore. You might as well just go train it's special attack and speed now.

Also, Does your Sceptile have the pokerus, too!!!!!!!!!!?
